As an additional revenue stream, Neighborhoods.com created 55places Mortgage, a mortgage company offering both traditional mortgages and the HECM for Purchase mortgage. As a completely new entity, 55places Mortgage needed its own logo, identity and website that was successful across all devices. I was the lead designer on this project, and worked closely with front-end developers on a daily basis to bring the designs to life.
